Dependent Eligibility Verification

This is an advanced verification process that validates the healthcare eligibility for each employee’s dependents. On average we find that 3-8% of dependents on health insurance plans are ineligible for coverage. The estimated annual cost per dependent when factoring in premiums, administrative costs, and claims exceeds $4,000.

WOTC Administration

Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit available to employers who hire and retain veterans and individuals from other target groups with barriers to gainful employment. There is zero net cost to brokers and clients to verify new-hire eligibility and administer filing for available tax credits. WOTC credits range from $1,200 – $9,600 per qualified individual.
