About Keith Downs
Keith brings more than a decade of expertise in voluntary benefits and benefits communication, and more than 30 years of experience in financial risk mitigation—including 22 years as a commodities trader and member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. At TWG, he leads business development from our Chicago office, working closely with brokers and benefit carriers to deliver valuable, customized solutions to meet their clients’ needs and solve real-world employee benefits challenges. He also oversees the implementation and optimization of our benefits technology platforms. Keith is passionate about helping brokers provide employees with meaningful insurance options that offer real protection; being a trusted advisor and problem solver is what drives him every day. He’s a lifelong Chicago resident and outside of work, you’ll find him hiking, playing golf, or enjoying time on the water.
