About Carol Troutman
Carol is a fully licensed insurance agent with over 35 years of experience in personal, commercial, and employee benefits consulting. Known for her attention to detail and passion for education, she connects easily with clients at all levels. She has more than 12 years of experience with the Employee Navigator platform and currently leads our benefits administration team. Outside of work, Carol enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with her two adult children and four granddaughters.
