Our founder started The Worksite Group after years of watching brokers and the clients they serve struggle with rising healthcare costs, lack of employee engagement, and tech vendors that didn’t speak their language.

Knowing there had to be a way to bring innovation to the benefits world without sacrificing relationships, we set out to become what we wished existed: A true partner to benefits consultants. Someone who stays behind the scenes, speaks fluently about the challenges benefits brokers and their clients face, and helps deliver smarter benefits solutions with full support from start to finish.

Since 2017, TWG has served more than 350 clients with ICHRA administration, Employee Navigator services, and benefits communication support. We’re the consultant’s consultant—helping brokers differentiate, retain business, and win more.
